Catherine Yandel

Catherine Yandel has over 25 years experience in management and information technology consulting. Ms. Yandel is currently Director of Corporate Development for Robbins-Gioia, Inc., an Alexandria, VA-based consulting company specializing in Program Management services. She is responsible for Strategic Planning, M&A, and business performance for this $100M+ firm.

Ms. Yandel was founder and Chief Operating Officer of e•biz, Inc., a management and technology consulting firm providing strategic planning and systems architecture development for e-commerce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. In addition to her duties as COO, she led engagements that implemented large-scale CRM systems focusing on Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales Force Automation.

Ms. Yandel was a founding member of BTG, Inc. a systems integration firm where she helped lead the company to over one-half billion in revenues and 1,600 employees, a successful IPO, and several acquisitions. As General Manager of BTG’s Information Systems Business Unit (SBU), she directed four operating divisions that specialized in system development and integration services for the US intelligence community. Ms. Yandel also started BTG’s consulting practice for Internet and network technologies to support commercial businesses.

Ms. Yandel held numerous software engineering development and project management positions first at CTEC, Inc. and later for MCI Telecommunications.

Ms. Yandel has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University .
